Taking affirmations to the next level
We all have those days. You know the ones: the to-do list seems endless, self-doubt creeps in, and you just feel… off. It’s in these moments that a little boost can make a world of difference. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our latest feature: Daily Affirmations!
This isn’t about generic, feel-good phrases…
We’re taking affirmations to the next level by tailoring them to your unique Core Values, helping you cultivate a mindset that truly resonates with who you are.
Why Daily Affirmations? The science of positive self-talk
The power of affirmations lies in their ability to rewire our thought patterns. By consistently repeating positive statements, we can challenge negative self-talk and reinforce beliefs that empower us.
Here’s why affirmations are so beneficial:
- Boost self-confidence: Affirmations can help you recognize your strengths and abilities, leading to increased self-belief.1,2,3
- Reduce stress and anxiety: By focusing on positive outcomes, affirmations can help calm the mind and reduce feelings of being overwhelmed.4,5,6
- Improves job and academic performance.6,7
- Enhanced wellbeing: Consistent practice of personalized affirmations can lead to a more positive and fulfilling life.8
The magic of Core Value alignment
We’ve taken the power of affirmations and amplified it by connecting them to one of your four Core Values. When affirmations are aligned with what truly matters to you, they become more meaningful and impactful.
Imagine receiving an affirmation that speaks directly to your Core Value of “Creativity” or “Compassion.” It’s not just a phrase; it’s a reminder of what drives you, what makes you unique.

Introducing your personalized Daily Affirmation feature
We deliver the affirmations to you, removing the hurdle of trying to create them yourself.
Here’s how our new feature works:
- Discover your Core Values: If you haven’t already, take a moment to complete the Core Values Assessment on the mobile or web app.
- Receive your daily dose: Each day, you’ll receive a personalized affirmation designed to resonate with one of your Core Values.
