1. On the Today page
- Tap Discover Core Values in your Wellness Checklist.
2. On the Core Values page
- Click the Discover Core Values button in the top section.

What to expect
The assessment is quick, intuitive, and powerful:
- Select the Core Values that resonate most with you.
- Narrow down to your top 4 through guided prompts.
- Rank your final 4 in order of importance.
- Confirm your selections.
Once complete, you’ll get:
- Your top 4 Core Values displayed across the platform
- Daily Affirmations tailored to your values
- Value-based journaling to deepen self-reflection
- Dynamic downloads to help you connect and grow

Your Core Values reflect what matters most to you, and they can evolve as life changes. With Seity Health, you can review your Core Value history to gain insight and track your personal growth.
Here’s how to find your Core Value history on both the Seity mobile app and web platform:
On iOS or Android:
- Go to the Core Values page by tapping on the Core Values icon on the footer menu.
- Select the ellipsis.
- Select Core Value History.
